Abstracts are an essential format for sharing new information on topics in interventional cardiology. Abstracts should address an area of interventional cardiology or endovascular disease (clinical studies, basic investigation, and animal studies are equally encouraged), and should constitute original research, but the content may include portions of prior abstracts and/or manuscripts presented elsewhere.
The abstract selection process for Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics is organized under the auspices of The Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. All submitted abstracts are peer reviewed by 10 graders selected by The Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions and TCT faculty. The highest graded abstracts will be selected for oral or poster presentation.
Oral Abstracts Are Presented During the Main Scientific Sessions
Over 100 Oral and 500 Electronic (Poster) abstracts of original research will be available electronically for viewing and downloading at stations throughout the convention center.
Electronic and Oral Abstract Submission Deadline:
October 13, 2006
